Volunteer Information

Volunteers who have contact with Franklin students must complete the application process. The School Volunteer Application and provide the following documents:

• Complete the School Volunteer Application
• Be able to present some form of Photo Identification (driver's license, California ID, passport etc.)
• Tuberculosis Clearance Card - Not older than 6 months from the time you will volunteer

All volunteers must be processed and cleared before they can have any contact with our Franklin students.

All volunteer forms should be submitted to Ms. Letitia Buggs in the office
